Theophilus Ayo Adegboruwa, PA, MBA, EA, NTPI Fellow

 

Theo worked as a Tax Examiner with the State of Ohio from 1981 to 1986.  He joined the Montgomery County Greater Dayton Job Training Program as the Administrative Manager from 1986 to 1995.  He later became the Chief Fiscal Officer of Ohio Area 7 Workforce Investment Board from 1997 to 2012 where he was responsible for managing federally funded employment and training programs for 43 Ohio counties with an annual budget of over $150 million. Theo retired from government service in December of 2012. 

Theo has been Franchise owner of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and CEO of Theo A Financial Service, Inc. since 1995.  He is an IRS Enrolled Agent, Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute and, member of National Association of Enrolled Agent and National Association of Tax Professionals.

Theo is well entrenched in the Greater Miami Valley, Dayton Ohio as an effective exceptional professional.  In addition to being the immediate past President of the Egbe Omo Yoruba of Greater Miami Valley, he continues to play key leadership roles in various community organizations.  Furthermore, he is an adept fisherman and an exceptional winemaker.
